(Lyons Brook, NS) - Uncle Leo's brewer Karl Whiffen thought it'd be fun to do a pale ale. Introducing Jam Session Pale Ale, it is a 5.0% ABV, about 35 IBU's and is bittered with magnum hops and uses cascade as a late addition hop and for dry-hopping. Look for it at Stillwell Beer Bar, Stubborn Goat, Lion & Bright, Tom's Little Havana, Battery Park Beer Bar and Eatery and Bishop's Cellar (for growler fills) on tap. Will be in growlers at the brewery and they'll have a few bottles as well. It'll also be available at the New Glasgow Farmer's Market while it lasts.
