I stopped by the brewery and tried a glass of their seasonal on tap there. It is straw colored, cloudy and the head quickly dissipates. It has a light grassy/citrusy aroma. It was light-bodied and a medium carbonation in the mouth and a very slight tartness in the aftertaste. This is a light, clean and easy drinking beer.
The beer uses 40% wheat malt, pilgrim hops with a 23 IBU and 4.7% ABV. It is also vegan friendly.
