(Rothesay, NB) - After many months of waiting Steve Russell formally announced that Foghorn Brewing will open this fall. The brewery currently under construction at 47 Clark Road will house a 7 BBL brewhouse. Andrew Estabrooks, formerly of Picaroons and currently on contract at Les Brasseurs du Petit-Sault, has taken an ownership position and will be the head brewer for the start-up.
