Maybee Brewing releases Long Carry Brett Red

(Fredericton, NB) - Maybee Brewing released Long Carry Brett Red in 750 mL cork and cage bottles. If you are new to Brett, or Brettanomyces, it is a yeast that is typically viewed as contamination and the flavours it imparts are considered unwelcome "off-flavours." Certain styles. however, in particular certain Belgian ales it is appreciated and encouraged. The beer that was aged nine months has brett funk and a hint of sourness.
