Upstreet Craft Brewing Releases Details on Flipside Series

(Charlottetown, PE) - Upstreet Craft Brewing announced the Flipside Series that will introduce regular one-offs that provide fresh new flavours, ingredients and beer styles. These single-batch releases will be sold in their standard 500 ml bottles and be available in the taproom and at liquor stores across Prince Edward Island, BUT once they're gone, they may be gone for good.
The first release in the series is Amber Saison, 5.5% ABV and 20 IBU, that will be hitting shelves on Thursday, December 14th. It is described as hazy amber in colour, a dry finish with a subtle vinous character.
"Combining classic and contemporary techniques and ingredients, Flipside Amber Saison maintains a firm malt physique while still delivering the soft sensations of spicy, fruity and floral hops. UK Archer and French Triskel hops in tandem with PEI Vienna malt help deliver this yeast driven delight."
